Pure Living
Living Pure
Have you ever wondered how to live healthier, happier and longer, using natural ways, remedies and materials? How to transform yourself and the world to live in harmony with the Earth and nature, without becoming a monk and moving to the mountains? How to leave heritage, not damage? Me too. I created the Pure Living Club to join our efforts, exchange ideas, ancient and new know-hows and recipes, and to support projects with the same vision.
This club is for you if you believe that solutions should be:
science-based
knowing, that science progresses quickly, explaining today what it couldn’t before, including energy meridians and quantum field.
holistic
seeing how everything and everyone is interconnected, so not curing one (organ, person) at the expense of another.
simple and beautiful
from Greek architecture to Zen philosophy, artists, thinkers and engineers have been inspired by these principles. Let us be, too.
about me
As someone who was born in the North and shares the Baltic love for nature, tranquility and simplicity, I have always been interested in the ways to live happier, healthier and longer. I hold a PhD degree in social sciences. While I was doing my doctoral research as a Fulbright scholar at the University of California, I got introduced to the world of healthy nutrition and the impact of the environment on our mind, body, and soul. In my search for knowledge, I have studied aroma therapy, phytotherapy, homeopathy, traditional Chinese medicine, ayurveda, massage and psychotherapy. I have practiced qi gong, yoga, explored tantra and meditation. Striving for growth and depth is as important for me as mastering the art of being content – a delicate balancing act.
All this would probably stay a private passion and endeavor, if not one event. I have bought a course on hair health, where the first advice was to give up on commercial hair care products containing chemicals and make your own shampoo from only natural ingredients. Already after two weeks I saw a tremendous improvement. After three weeks I started this website. I hope you enjoy it.
Yours,
Dr Tanya Bogushevitch
